Flash Codes and Troubleshooting
Our devices use flash codes to communicate status and can help during setup and troubleshooting.
Device Flash Codes |

Rapid Flash | Setup / AP mode | The device is ready for setup and has its internal Access Point active. See the Quick Start Guide for details on the setup process. |
Slow Flash | Network disconnected | The device has lost connection to the configured network. Verify the WIFI network is available for use and no IP conflicts exist. |
Off | Normal operation | There may be a flash at boot but once connected to the network and available for use the light goes dark. This is done to remove any possible light pollution that may be coming from the back of a TV at night in a customers bedroom for example. |

There are many things that could cause connectivity issues, here are some possible solutions that we have done in the past to overcome stubborn or noisy equipment

Performing a Factory Reset via USB connection
The device can be reset to factory via the USB connection, this should rarely if ever need to be done but here is the procedure to do so if you wish.
We recommend you follow the other possible solutions prior to preforming the USB reset as this method could cause the device to become non-functional is done incorrectly.
