Usage of the module is very straight forward
- Select the device type you are connecting to (Serial OR Relay)
- Connect the needed signals for your device type.
TX/RX for Serial and Digital Triggers for Relays - Set the IP address for the device using a serial send symbol
The IP address MUST be set BEFORE the CONNECT signal is used - HOLD CONNECT HIGH to connect to the device
DO NOT use a 1 on the connect signal as the IP address MUST to be set FIRST
When using our wifi to serial module you can connect the TX / RX signals to any standard serial based control module and have the same control as you would with a hard wire serial connection.
When using our wifi relay module, changes of the relay state using either the web administrator or Crestron environment will automatically reflect in the other environment.
